THE LAW HAS BEEN BROKEN, BUT…
The law has been broken, but not by my family, but by the complainant and the “City” of Milton.
First…The Complainant.
- Harassment – As mentioned earlier, this neighbor has called 911 against us five times in less than twenty days for legal practices conducted on our property for almost half a century. No laws were being broken by myself or family. This neighbor has used the “City” of Milton system to harass us and said “City” complied – guilty by association. I now cringe when I hear a siren as I work our property; wondering if they called authorities again. Will complaints of our horse’s manure be next?
- These acts are in violation of 2015 GA Code / Title 16 / Crimes and Offenses Against Public Order and Safety / Article 2 – Offenses of Public Order 16 -11 – 39.1 Harassing Communications; venue; separate offenses; impact on free speech which states: “A person commits the offense of harassing communications if such person: “1. Contacts another person repeatedly via telecommunication, email, text messaging, or any other form of electronic communication for the purpose of harassing, molesting, threatening, or intimidating such person or the family of such person. ”
The “City’ never charged this neighbor with misuse and tying up of the 911 system when no laws were being broken. Such is illegal. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse.

With exception of vandalism against our property or family members health being in crisis, no 911 calls are on record regarding activities conducted on our property for over 44 years with exception of the complainant’s five calls herein.
Second, The “City” of Milton.
- Milton Police Officers, at the direction of Police Chief Austin, “City” Manager Steve Krokoff, and Mayor Joe Lockwood, conducted illegal search, seizure, and trespass. In addition, the officers violated their oath to serve and enforce State of Georgia laws.
- “City” of Milton not abiding by State of Georgia Law; GA code 2-1-6.
- “City” of Milton not abiding by the Federal Right to Farm Act.
- “City” of Milton violating Georgia Land Rights.
- “City” of Milton violating the 14th amendment.
- “City” of Milton not enforcing State of Georgia 911 rules and regulations.
- “City” of Milton not abiding by the State of Georgia “Buyer Beware” statute.
- “City” of Milton violating GA code O.C.G.A 30-5-3 Elder Abuse.”
The “City” of Milton, GA must rectify these illegal acts against myself and my family’s property. Satisfaction and settlement are due. We aren’t done yet! For more illegal acts, next chapter!
